Anahata Health Clinic
‘Anahata’ is a Sanskrit word referring to the heart chakra. As the middle of the seven chakras, Anahata is the bridge between the body and the spirit.
Anahata Health Clinic was set up by acupuncturist Deborah Woolf, who is a senior lecturer in the subject, and who is currently working on a PhD in the History of Chinese Medicine.
I have been part of the Anahata Health Clinic community since 2010. Walking through their door has always felt to me like coming home. I practise Reiki, Sekhem, and Indian head massage at Anahata on weekday evenings and at weekends.
The clinic is wonderfully friendly and relaxed. You’ll be welcomed with a cup of herbal tea or a glass of pure water.
